Jackie Sterling has worked alongside Dr. Carpenter since 1988 and brings years of experience and dedication to our practice in her role as office manager. As one of the first people to welcome you, she assists patients with scheduling appointments and managing financial arrangements. Her warmth and friendliness shine through whether you’re greeted in the office or speaking with her on the phone. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys days at the beach and cherishes time with her children and grandchildren.
Michele Campbell has worked in the dental field for over twenty-five years and served many roles. As an office manager, she assists our patients with their appointments and financial arrangements. She has a great personality and infectious laugh. Creative and caring, Michelle is always interested in making you feel like family. She enjoys flea markets, creating décor for her home and our office, gardening, and bird watching with her husband.
Carolyn Ricossa has been our lead hygienist since 2003 and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient she sees. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and gentle touch, she takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease, especially those who may feel anxious about dental visits. Carolyn combines knowledge and compassion to create a positive dental experience for our patients. Outside the office, Carolyn and her husband, Gordon, have been happily married for more than 40 years. They love traveling together and exploring new destinations. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially with her grandchildren—whether it’s swimming in the pool or relaxing at the beach.
Amber Stephenson has been a hygienist since 2014 and is an excellent clinician. Patients often describe her as gentle and detailed. Amber is always cheerful and compassionate, and truly enjoys making a personal connection with each of her patients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.

Lacey Foulk has been a registered dental hygienist since 2014 and brings both skill and compassion to the care she provides. During her training at Lamar Institute of Technology, she served as class president and was recognized with the Outstanding Student Award and the Clinician Merit of the Year Award. Throughout her career, she has been active in community service, participating in programs such as Mission of Mercy, Smiles on Wheels, and fluoride varnish initiatives. Lacey is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them overcome their dental fears. Outside the office, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband, Fred, and their three daughters. She loves traveling, gardening, working out, going to church, and watching the sunrise.
Leah Wise is a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant who has been an important part of our team since 2015. Over the years, she has become a go-to resource not only for our patients but also for everyone in the office, always stepping in to lend a hand wherever she is needed. Leah is incredibly smart, resourceful, and known for her strong problem-solving abilities, which make her an invaluable member of our team. She wears many different hats in the office, taking on a wide range of responsibilities to help keep everything running smoothly. Leah works diligently to ensure that each patient’s visit is comfortable, efficient, and as seamless as possible, and her dedication truly makes a difference in the care we provide.
Jordan Guerrero is the newest member of our team, serving patients as a registered dental assistant. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in dentistry, and she feels fortunate to have found a place she can truly call home. Passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles, she is dedicated to creating a comfortable and positive experience for everyone she meets. Outside of the dental office, Jordan shares her love of dance at Lancaster Dance Academy, where she once trained and now enjoys teaching the next generation of dancers.
Married to Dr. Carpenter for over 43 years, Debbie has been the “behind-the-scenes” partner in growing both the practice and their family legacy. She and Doc have raised four sons, welcomed their wives, and are now “Lolli and Pop” to ten cherished grandchildren. In the office, Debbie manages finances, compliance, administration and facilities-bringing leadership, problem-solving, and a heart for people that keep the practice running smoothly and the team supported.
